Since I’ve been ordering from Griffin Expressions for years, Josh and Rachel have definitely learned my “habits” and know that my designs are normally printed with transparent backgrounds. They caught my mistake, reached out to me, and corrected it for a minimal charge instead of me having to cancel that portion of my order and reorder at a later time.
