What are your business hours?

  • Monday - Friday | 9am - 6pm (As of 5/1/23)
  • Saturday - 10am - 4pm
  • Sunday - CLOSED

Do you offer local store pickup?

  • Yes we do! We love to see our customers. You can find all the local pick up info HERE

What is your turn around time?

  • DTF transfers for our local customers are ready within 1 business day. Shipping orders are ready to ship in 1-2 business days.
  • UV DTF Transfers have a 3-5 business day TAT.
  • All ready to ship items like tumblers, accessories and non custom items ship out within 1-2 business days. 
  • Typically acrylic, wood and sublimation prints have a 2-3 day turn around time. 

Do you offer customs?

  • Yes we do!
  • We offer custom individual transfers and custom gang sheets with no minimum.

How do I redeem my Joy Rewards?

How do I redeem my Joy Rewards Points?
Redeeming your Joy Rewards Points is quick and easy:

  1. Visit griffinexpressions.com.
  2. On the bottom right corner of the screen, click the Joy Rewards popup.
  3. Log into your account to view your points and order history.
  4. Click the Griffin Expressions logo at the top to return to the home page.
  5. Open the Joy Rewards popup again.
  6. You will now see your total points, along with options to earn or redeem.
  7. Choose the reward you’d like and click Redeem.

    A unique discount code will be generated for you—simply apply it at checkout.

    Bonus: Share your referral link from inside the rewards popup—you and your referral both get $5 off when they place their first order.
