Order Status Look Up

What does the order status mean?

Processing - Your invoice has been printed off and and headed to production.

Production- Your order is in line to be printed on one of our printers.

Quality Check - Your order has been printed but is in line to be quality checked. After quality check is completed you will get an email or text that your order is ready for pick up or has been shipped.

WOC - This means there is an issue with your order and we are trying to reach you. Please contact us at your earliest convenience.
