I ordered my 1st gang sheet with Griffin Expressions. It arrived rather quickly and was absolutely perfect. The software was very easy to use and the sheet came exactly the way I laid it out. Press was perfect and rhe feel was rather soft for DTF.

New Gang Sheet Builder
This was the first time I had worked with creating a gang sheet and used dtf, it was simple enough I didn’t need to ask for any direction and was able to put in my order. It came with pressing directions and everything came out perfect. So easy to use and create. I was very pleased with the whole process and the overall price. Thank you!

The first one was perfect so I ordered another one and the upcharge to fix the background was outrageous. I opted out. Received my order today and none of it is useful as it has white background that is too much trouble to cut out! I will not order again due to this. I wasted money when I removed the background and used thier background remover for the background to not be removed! Josh was not willing to fix the images without the outrageous upcharge and this was for my granddaughter’s volley team! We lost her dad and I’m trying to do things for her and I get this mess of a gangster with a greedy company! I work customer service for a big big company and we make it right! We don’t nickel and dime. I’m still deciding on going to social media about this because it does not sit right with me that I was done this way and can’t use the images!
I want to sincerely apologize for your recent experience. We never want our customers to feel frustrated, especially when the transfers were intended for something meaningful like your granddaughter’s volleyball team.
Our background removal fee is $5 per image to cover the editing process. That said, we completely understand your disappointment and want to make this right. We’d be happy to remove the backgrounds for you on this order, or walk you through how to easily remove them yourself using Canva or our auto builder.
