They made the order quick, but shipping was ridiculous. They had no problem emailing me on the weekends to make sure the order could be fulfilled but when there’s a shipping issue they won’t even acknowledge it. Then the communication on the whereabouts of the package wasn’t great.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry for the frustration you experienced. Your order was placed on 11/28 and shipped the same day, and once it left our facility, the delay occurred on UPS’s end, which unfortunately is outside of our direct control.
That said, we understand how stressful shipping delays can be—especially when you’re waiting on an order—and we apologize if our communication during that time didn’t feel as clear or reassuring as it should have. We always aim to be responsive and transparent, and we’ll use this feedback to improve how we communicate when carrier delays happen.

Ordered 50 DTF Reindeer designs to be worn in Christmas parade by baton girls. Ordering was easy on the auto builder since we had so many sizes. Placed the order on a Sunday & was shipped next day. Designs were perfect & pressed on easily. Love the hot peel.
