RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Griffin Expressions, we take pride in producing high-quality DTF transfers and finished apparel. Due to the custom nature of many of our products, please review our return policy carefully.
DTF TRANSFERS
All DTF transfers, gang sheets, UV DTF transfers, and other printed products are custom-made to order and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@griffinexpressions.com.
Please include:
• Your order number
• Photos and/or video showing the issue
• A photo of your packing slip
• A detailed description of the problem
Upon review, Griffin Expressions may offer a replacement, store credit, or another resolution at our discretion.
We are not responsible for:
• Application errors
• Improper heat press settings
• Improper storage or handling
• Artwork quality issues submitted by the customer
• Color variations resulting from differences between RGB screens and CMYK printing processes
FINISHED APPAREL
Finished apparel that is customized, printed, embroidered, or otherwise personalized is non-returnable and non-refundable unless the item is defective or an error was made by Griffin Expressions.
If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
• Your order number
• Photos of the item(s)
• A description of the issue
If the claim is approved, we may provide a replacement item or store credit.
BLANK APPAREL & NON-CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Unworn, unwashed, and unused non-custom items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit only.
Items must:
• Be in original condition
• Have all original tags attached
• Be free from odors, stains, pet hair, and signs of wear
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Because production often begins immediately, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once submitted.
SHIPPING
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If an order is lost, damaged, or delayed during transit, customers should file a claim through Ship-A-Griff (if purchased) or contact the carrier directly. Griffin Expressions will assist when possible but cannot guarantee carrier reimbursement.
