The customer must provide the design file ready to print!
- The design file MUST be in PNG format with transparent background. We do offer a background removal found HERE.
- The resolution should be 300 DPI (Dots per inch).
- Designs will be sized based on your size selection and the longest side of the design.
- Designs need to be with a transparent background. How you send your file is how your design will be printed. Refunds will NOT be given.
- This is for a SINGLE IMAGE only, if you need more than one image please use our gang sheets found HERE.
- We will NOT make edits to your design. If you need design work or editing please contact us prior to purchase and there will be a $20 design fee.

Suggested Pressing Info
- Temperature: 315°F
- Time: 15 seconds
- Pressure: Medium/Heavy
Pressing Instructions
- Pre-press the fabric for 15 seconds to remove any moisture.
- Place the DTF Transfer on the fabric, cover with a Teflon sheet, and press for 15 seconds.
- While still hot, peel the transfer after 5 seconds. HOT PEEL
- Cover with a Teflon sheet, and press again for 15 seconds.
- Done!
These instructions may vary depending on the material you are pressing. Always do a test first and adjust as needed.
- 100% Polyester: 300°F for 10 seconds
- 100% Thick Cotton: 315°F for 20 seconds
Custom designs become property of Griffin Expressions and can be sold unless otherwise agreed upon prior to purchase.

4 Inch Custom DTF Transfer
Hi, I contacted customer service on 6/3/25 with an issue about my order. We had holes punched in our custom design and I would have liked a call or email about my request for a refund or replacement orders. I work at an elementary school and this design was to honor a legacy mural before students left for the summer. Unfortunately, we had to give them shirts with holes because I didn't hear back from you in a timely manner. I usually have a great experience with this company but this was a bit of a let down. My goal was to gift a decent shirt to the students what helped created the design. Please contact me!!!
