6 Inch Custom DTF Transfer

The customer must provide the design file ready to print!

• The design file MUST be in PNG format with transparent background. We do offer a background removal found  HERE.
• The resolution should be 300 DPI (Dots per inch).

• Suggested Pressing Info

  • Temperature: 315°F
  • Time: 15 seconds
  • Pressure: Medium/Heavy

  Pressing Instructions

  1. Pre-press the fabric for 15 seconds to remove any moisture.
  2. Place the DTF Transfer on the fabric, cover with a Teflon sheet, and press for 15 seconds.
  3. While still hot, peel the transfer after 5 seconds. HOT PEEL
  4. Cover with a Teflon sheet, and press again for 15 seconds.
  5. Done!

  These instructions may vary depending on the material you are pressing. Always do a test first and adjust as needed.

  • 100% Polyester: 300°F for 10 seconds
  • 100% Thick Cotton: 315°F for 20 seconds

  Custom designs become property of Griffin Expressions and can be sold  unless otherwise agreed upon prior to purchase.
