Boho Western | Sublimation Tumbler Transfer

I ordered this when they were having their Memorial Day sale. I was super excited. I just recently got a heat press and this is my first time ever ordering a ready to transfer print. It shipped pretty fast and said it would be here in time for a craft show I had coming up. Well it never arrived. I’ve emailed customer support a few times and at first I was very understanding. But now it has been almost three weeks since I’ve ordered and they won’t replace my order or give me a refund. I am very unhappy as this has ruined the whole experience for me. I spent the time picking out the designs. I went out of my way to support another small business to hopefully start one of my own. I have another craft fair coming up very quickly and I didn’t want to go to order from someone else if my original order would be coming. But there has been no update for five days on the tracking label. I do understand this is the postal systems fault. However I as the customer also deserve a resolution and nothing at all is being offered to fix this situation.
