Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Prepare the Surface

• Clean the surface: Use isopropyl alcohol and a clean cloth to thoroughly clean the surface where the UV DTF sticker will be applied. This removes any dirt, oil, or residue that could affect adhesion.
• Dry the surface: Make sure the surface is completely dry before proceeding.

2. Position the Sticker

• Peel the backing: Carefully remove the white or opaque backing from the sticker. The sticky side will now be exposed.
• Align the sticker: Hold the sticker by its edges and position it over the desired area. Avoid letting the sticky side touch the surface until you are sure of the placement.

3. Apply the Sticker

• Press gently: Lightly place the sticker onto the surface without applying too much pressure initially.
• Smooth out air bubbles: Use a squeegee, credit card, or your fingers to press the sticker from the center outward, ensuring it adheres smoothly and no air bubbles are trapped.

4. Remove the Protective Film

• Peel off the top film: Once the sticker is firmly adhered to the surface, slowly peel back the clear protective film (if applicable). Pull it at a sharp angle (close to 180 degrees) to avoid lifting the sticker.

5. Ensure Adhesion

• Press again: After the protective film is removed, go over the sticker with the squeegee or credit card to ensure all edges and areas are securely adhered.
• Optional heat treatment: For curved or textured surfaces, lightly heat the sticker with a heat gun or hairdryer (on a low setting) to soften it slightly. Press again to conform to the surface.

6. Final Inspection

• Check for bubbles: If any small air bubbles remain, use a needle or pin to gently pop them and smooth the area.

Tips for Best Results:

• Apply the sticker in a dust-free environment to prevent particles from sticking to the adhesive.
• Avoid touching the adhesive side with your fingers to maintain its stickiness.
• For irregular surfaces, take extra care to ensure the sticker conforms to the shape by using heat.
