I received my custom gang sheet about a week ago. And I just went to press my customers order and a few of the transfers will not press as they are not completely covered on the back side with the dtf powder. I ruined one shirt with a print and then checked the others before pressing and I can’t press it because the DTF powder is missing.

We’re truly sorry for the mistake with your order — missing DTF powder on your gang sheet is absolutely not the standard we hold ourselves to. This was an unfortunate and rare oversight, and we’re so embarrassed it happened.
